How to Claim Your Rebate
- Purchase from an approved Clopay Dealer during 8/1/2025–10/31/2025.
- Submit your claim online: https://rebates.clopaydoor.com by 12/31/2025.
- Upload documentation:
- Sales receipt showing the eligible Clopay door model(s), purchase date, and dealer details
- Either a clear image of the QR code sticker on the installed door, OR the door’s serial number(s)
- Get your rebate: After validation, rebates are issued via prepaid Mastercard delivered by email—typically within as little as six weeks.
Important Restrictions
- Valid on eligible models purchased and installed in the United States and Canada within the stated dates
- Maximum rebate: $1,000 for four qualifying doors
- Mail-in submissions are not accepted
- Doors must be installed before claim submission
